TOP 10 PLAYS: No. 4 Nyheim's Touchdown vs. Boston College
July is here, which means football is right around the corner!
This week we started a month-long feature at Inside Pack Sports where we look back at NC State's top offensive and defensive plays from the 2017 season.
The plays are selected on a variety of factors, ranging from level of difficulty, overall impact, importance to the game/season, etc...
James, Steve, and Bryant reviewed the best plays and submitted their top ten plays on each side of the ball. We put together a composite list, and we will be releasing each play daily, so enjoy!

NC State tailback Nyheim Hines made the list yesterday at No. 5 with his touchdown run against North Carolina, and today he's back with No. 4, what we think was his best run of the year, the game-winning touchdown at Boston College.
We talked at the start of this list that we're going to look at not only great plays but also the timing of those plays, and there maybe wasn't a bigger play all year than this run from Hines.
NC State was trailing Boston College midway through the fourth quarter and on second-and-10 Hines broke free. That's really a down where if you get stopped for short yardage you're third-and-long, so it's a "call" some fans might question, but off right-tackle, he takes it to the house. Hines is able to find that hole between Will Richardson and Tony Adams, pop it to the sideline, and then you just see his vision and speed take over.
We had the run against UNC on the list and we also could have put his long touchdown run at Pittsburgh.. it shows you the year Hines had. However, none were bigger than this score against Boston College because NC State needed a big play at that point and he provided it.
No. 4 on our list of the Top 10 offensive plays from the 2017 season was Nyheim Hines racing to the endzone late in the fourth quarter of the win at Boston College.
