NC State OL Spike Sowells Out For The Season

NC State head coach Dave Doeren met with the media today and confirmed that sophomore offensive lineman Spike Sowells will miss the rest of the season due to injury.

“Spike’s out for the year,” Doeren said.  “We tried really hard to rehab him back but it  didn’t make enough progress to think it was going to get anywhere.”

Sowells opened the season as the Wolfpack’s starter at center.
