NC State Adds CB Jamel Johnson Back to Roster Following Court Ruling

In light of the recent court ruling, NC State has added fifth-year senior cornerback Jamel Johnson back to its roster for the 2026 season.

Johnson has been listed back on NC State’s official roster.

The Temple transfer started 10 games for the Wolfpack last season, recording 27 total tackles, one tackle for loss, and five passes defended.

Johnson’s return for his fifth season brings more depth to NC State’s secondary.
