NC State Safety Ronnie Royal "Confident" Heading Into The 2026 Season

NC State safety Ronnie Royal entered 2025 knowing he had the ability to make an impact in the secondary, but there was still an adjustment period.  

There were nerves. There were lessons to learn. Most importantly, there was valuable experience to gain.

Now entering his second season with the program, Royal believes he's a much different player because of what he experienced a year ago.

"It helped a lot," Royal said.
