The Brewster, N.Y. product joined the Wolfpack in 2024 after spending two years with UConn. Joly reeled in 43 passes for 661 yards and four touchdowns in his first season in Raleigh.
Joly earned First Team All-ACC honors in 2025 with seven touchdowns scored, the most out of all Power Four conference tight ends, while also tallying 489 yards on 49 receptions.
He joins a tight end room which already features 10-year NFL veteran Evan Engram as well as four others at the position.
