Gainey was a team captain and four-year starter for the Pack. Most recently, he has seen incredible success as the Association Head Coach at Tennessee. There is no doubt that he embodies the true spirit of NC State.
Coach Gainey is home, and he’s ready to work. But in today’s landscape, a championship-caliber program requires more than just a great whistle—it requires a powerhouse NIL foundation.
