NC State head coach Wes Moore spoke after the game and provided a few thoughts on the Wolfpack's 78-76 overtime win at Virginia.

What are your thoughts on the game?

Yeah, I mean, same thing we've kind of been doing. I thought we played three great quarters. And we were able to, build up a lead. And then the fourth quarter, it just seems like everybody's hitting threes on us. Eight for 12 from the three. We tried switching everything. We tried playing some zone just to give them a different look.

But, I'm proud of our kids. They could have hung their heads and said, here we go again. And instead, they showed a lot of grit and fight and found a way to get a big road win.

Yeah, back-to-back overtime games, you also said they could have held their heads down and say not again. What can you say about the growth of this team?

Yeah, that's what, again, showed a lot of grit and resiliency. And, again, we made mistakes. We all did.But they kept battling, kept competing. And, again, it's a great road win. And, again, hopefully these games are going to pay off. Hopefully, as we go forward, we're going to be a little more prepared to win these close ones.

And then Zoe Brooks a record for free-throws made and free-throws attempted in the game and was crucial down the stretch. What can you say about her?

Yeah. Big time, 19 out of 20, 37 points. But, yeah, the biggest one, biggest thing was knocking down those free-throws when you had to have them, putting it back up to a three-point lead or a four-point lead. Obviously, we couldn't have won the game without that. And, she, again, that's a pretty awesome performance, and I'm happy for her.
