NC State just landed a commitment from Arkansas State punter Jackson Waller, who announced on Instagram.
A freshman from Katy (TX), he averaged 41.32 yards per punt this past season with 24 punts inside the 20, 12th nationally.
He had the 7th best punting grade nationally per PFF.
