The college football transfer portal will open shortly, and we'll continue to update this feature whenever a NC State player announces his decision to transfer.
NC State is expected to have multiple players enter the portal throughout the period, which officially opens on January 2nd and will remain open through January 16th.
Remember, players do not have to transfer during the period. The transfer portal window is for players to enter their names into the portal -- not transferring. Once in the portal, a player can transfer at any time, assuming they are admitted at their new school.
