RALEIGH, N.C. – Wolfpack offensive duo Teague Andersen and Jayden "Duke" Scott were recognized for their play this past weekend and awarded three ACC Player of the Week honors. Andersen was named Offensive Lineman of the Week, and Scott brought home both Running Back and Rookie of the Week recognition, the league announced Monday afternoon.

Andersen helped lead the Wolfpack offensive line, paving the way for 118 rushing yards behind Teague's blocking, and he had the block that sprung Scott's long run. The Lehi, Utah native has started every game this season at right tackle and leads the league in pancake blocks. In the win over Georgia Tech, he played 70 snaps, recording 3 knockdowns, six pancake blocks, and one Raleigh Railroad while not allowing a sack.

The freshman Scott had a career-high 196 yards on 24 carries and a touchdown. He added 11 yards in receptions to push his game total to 207 yards. His career-long 69-yard rush against the Yellow Jackets set up another Pack score, putting NC State up double digits.

Scott became the first NC State freshman RB to top 100 YDs since 2019 and recorded the most yards by an NC State player since Nyheim Hines had the same amount in 2017 against UNC. Scott ties Hines for the 11th most yards in a game in school history.

Andersen and Scott now make it four Wolfpack players to take home ACC player of the week honors this season as they join Hollywood Smothers and Isaiah Shirley to have done so. This is the first time since November 2023 that the Wolfpack has had multiple Player of the Week honors in the same week.
