NC State Leads for Elite 2020 Legacy Target

North Gwinnett (GA) 2020 wide receiver Joshua Downs‍ is very familiar with NC State.  He is the son of former NC State tailback Gary Downs, and his connections with the program run deep.

"I know all about NC State," Downs said. "Both of my parents went to NC State, and my grandparents live there too.  They moved down from New York when my mom was in high school and have been there ever since.
