MLB DRAFT: DeCriscio Selected By Padres

NC State shortstop Justin DeCriscio has been drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 10th round, 310th overall, in the 2025 MLB Draft.

 After three seasons at San Diego, the Orange County, Calif. native joined the Wolfpack for the 2025 season. DeCriscio started 51 of State’s 56 games, all at shortstop, and finished third on the team in runs batted in with 44 to go along with a .289 batting average, eight home runs, 45 runs scored, 12 doubles, and 95 total bases.
