NC State’s transition to new defensive coordinator DJ Eliot has opened the door to a new–and seemingly larger–pool of defensive prospects, particularly at the edge position. Changes such as this one can lead to surprise offers for high school recruits. That was the case for Eastside (NJ) defender Elijah Satchell‍, who had no idea a Wolfpack offer was coming back in January.
