Jayden Taylor
“It’s just tough. It’s a rivalry game; those are tough, but we feel good about the second half. We’re going to keep going and finish these five games strong.”
“It’s just scouting mistakes, mental mistakes, and breakdowns which led to easy baskets.”
“We’re just messing up on scouting report areas. It’s stuff we already know. We just make the mistakes on the court. It’s not the coaches’ fault. It’s nobody’s fault but ours. It’s mental mistakes.”
“It sucks. It hurts to lose. Nobody likes to lose. We’ve got five games left, and we’ve got to finish strong.”
Dontrez Styles
“We’ve got five more games, and we’ve got to win them. We know that.”
“It’s tough just because of how this game went. They came out and just hit it, and we didn’t respond at all, and then it was kind of over. We can’t afford that at all at this point of the season. We know, these next five games, we’ve got to get them.”
“Every loss hurts, but this one [feels like the worst].”
“We’ve got to win five. We know that.”
