Paul McNeil

“We just kind of got frustrated. We know that they shoot 30 threes a game and make 10, so we needed to eliminate that. They got off to a hot start, and we got frustrated, and we lost ourselves in that.”

“I just tried to bring the toughness, something that we didn’t have in the first half. I tried to bring the energy and contribute to the team as best as I could.”

“It boosted my confidence. I’ve practicing hard, and I’ve been putting the extra work in. I’m glad it’s been paying off.”

Breon Pass

“I feel like, for most shootarounds, we’re pretty locked in, but today, I didn’t feel like we had a great shootaround. We weren’t prepared mentally. It was just one of those games where we had to keep pushing.”

“I was staying confident in my shot and my game. I know who I am, regardless of the outcome. If there’s an opportunity, I’m going to take it.”

“It’s not going well, but college is one thing you can’t get back. You’ve got to enjoy the time with your teammates. The key is having fun, and I keep showing that every day, trying to get better.”

Trey Parker

“They took over the boards, crashed more, and played hard.”

“I want to see myself improve by attacking the basket, playing as a team, getting everybody over where I am now, and just playing my game.”

“Coming into shootaround, it wasn’t what we expected, but at the end of the day, we came out here and fought as hard as we could.”
