COMMIT ALERT: Purdue OL Jalen Grant Picks NC State

NC State has landed Purdue offensive lineman Jalen Grant out of the transfer portal.  Grant confirmed the news this morning with IPS while flying back to Chicago.

At 6’3 and 285 pounds, Grant joins the Wolfpack with 1 year of eligibility remaining and projects to compete at guard or center for NC State.

Grant, who began his career at Bowling Green, only appeared in 3 games for the Boilermakers in 2024 but made a significant mark on the field in 2023, when he started all 12 games at right guard. That year, Purdue led the Big Ten in rushing yard in conference games (184.6 ypg).
