Kevin Keatts: "I Don't Think We Were Very Good The Entire Weekend"

NC State head coach Kevin Keatts answered questions from the Wolfpack's radio crew following the BYU loss.

“I don’t think we were very good the entire weekend, and it starts with me at the top. We’ve got to get better.”

“We gave up 13 offensive rebounds yesterday and today we gave up 15.   We got to play with a sense of toughness and that starts with me from the top.”

“Obviously it takes some groups a little longer, we got to get a little bit more connected. Right now we are a little bit more individuals than a team, and we have to figure it out quickly.”

“We played hard. Our teams are going to scrap and play hard to the end, but we didn’t give ourselves a chance to win because we had such a poor start.”

“We had such a poor start and took ourselves out of it. We have some guys that we have to figure out how to get on the same page, but no one is to blame for this other than me.  I’m the coach here and when it doesn’t go well I’ll accept all responsibilities for it.  We’ll get better.”
