2025 OT Ta’Khyian Whitset On OV To NC State: “It Was An Eye-Opener”

At 6’5 and 270 pounds, Antioch (TN) offensive tackle Ta'Khyian Whitset‍ has emerged as a major target for NC State offensive line coach Garett Tujague. Having previously committed to Purdue in April of this year, Whitset took a visit to Raleigh for NC State’s game against Wake Forest. It’s safe to say the experience made a big impact on Whitset, so much so that it resulted in his decommitment from the Boilermakers on October 9.
