NOTES
* Cam Ward was arguably the top quarterback in the transfer portal, and he selected Miami. With a manageable schedule and weapons on both sides of the ball, the Canes are in a position to break through this season.
Miami is loaded with talent and may have the best quarterback in the league, but head coach Mario Cristobal has yet to show he can lead a program like Miami to a title.
* This might be Dave Doeren’s most talented team as the Pack has added big-time additions out of the transfer portal and has plenty of depth defensively.
However, Some believe the defense will slide after losing Payton Wilson, and others next season. If the defense slips, will the offense be able to pick it up.
* Florida State and Clemson have been the class of the ACC, but both have question marks, especially at quarterback.
* Louisville, SMU, and Virginia Tech are all trendy sleeper picks with favorable schedules.
* A team to watch is Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets have a brutal schedule that includes five of the projected top six teams in the league. Will GT play spoiler for someone?
* North Carolina also has an easy schedule but has more question marks than the teams picked above the Tar Heels.
