COMMIT ALERT: Wolfpack Lands Georgia Tech INF Ryan Jaros

Georgia Tech infielder Ryan Jaros has committed to NC State Thursday evening after spending his freshman season at Georgia Tech.

Jaros joins former Campbell outfielder Dalen Thompson as one of the Wolfpack’s acquisitions out of the transfer portal heading into 2025. Jaros’ commitment was first reported by Tuffy Talk.

Jaros played in 26 games for the Yellow Jackets, starting in 11, and batted .343 for the 2024 season. He amassed one home run, eight runs batted in, nine runs scored, and a 1.054 OPS in Atlanta before entering the transfer portal on June 24. Prior to entering college, he was ranked as the No. 1 third baseman out of the state of New Jersey, No. 6 in the nation, according to Perfect Game.
