COMMIT ALERT: Canadian Forward Ismael Diouf Commits To NC State

NC State just landed a commitment from Laval Univ. (CN) forward Ismael Diouf who was on campus this week for a visit.

“It’s a great opportunity to work and be a part of this team,” Diouf said of NC State.

A native of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Diouf averaged 10.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 23.5 minutes per game in 13 regular season games in 2023-24.  

He was recently named the Final 8 Tournament MVP after leading the Rouge et Or to a national championship victory, averaging 14.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 33.8 minutes per game.

The 6-foot-9, 220-pounder will have two years of eligibility remaining and can play both forward positions in NC State’s system.
