LOCKER ROOM REPORT: Wolfpack Players

NC State’s D.J. Horne, Michael O’Connell, Casey Morsell, Mohamed Diarra, Ben Middlebrooks, and D.J. Burns, Jr. met with the media following the Wolfpack's 80-67 first-round win over No. 22 Texas Tech in the South Region of the 2024 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

Horne scored 16 points against the Red Raiders to go along with six rebounds, five assists, and one steal. O’Connell dished out a team-high six assists and pulled down five boards. Morsell led the team in steals with four while adding eight points, two rebounds, one assist, and one block. Diarra recorded a double-double with 17 points and 12 boards, along with two blocks and one assist. Middlebrooks dominated Tech’s defense with 21 points, four rebounds, and one assist while stymieing its offense with two steals and two blocks. Burns added 16 points on 7-for-11 shooting from the floor.
