NC State Wideout Anthony Smith Will Transfer

NC State wide receiver Anthony Smith has announced he will not play in the bowl game after deciding to enter the transfer portal.

Smith totaled two catches for 19 yards this season while playing on special teams and at wideout.  He will have one year of eligibility remaining.
