“I already know it’s going to be emotional... hearing my name called and running out of that tunnel one last time.”
“It’s home. I was born at Rex, literally right down the street. Born and raised in North Raleigh. I’ve always been around NC State pretty much my whole life.”
“How do you become better and overcome adversity?”
“With me battling injuries, I don’t let that bother me at all.”
“College football, this doesn’t last all the time. This is my last week and I’ve been here for six years.”
“I definitely use that fuel, especially last year when I got hurt.”
“They like to get lined up but once we really start messing with their formations and their head and alignment they can’t really get set up quick enough, so we have to use that to our advantage.”
“Just all the feelings I’ve had toward Carolina, I won’t say too much now, but I do respect them as well. You always have to respect your opponent, but at the same time, we’re here to win.”
“It’s good to have that win over that rival.”
“We work. We don’t worry about talking.”
“Come out with your big boy pants on and keep your head on a swivel. Anything can happen in a game like this... main thing, just have fun. Have fun playing with your boys.”
“That’s what brings us all together as a family. The word of the week is family, and we really want to value that word family.”
