I’m picking State under the assumption Riley Leonard doesn’t play. If he does, I’d be going with the Devils.

Duke will likely have a quarterback making his first career start. If that’s the case, I’m not betting against Tony Gibson and NC State’s defense.  It’s really that simple for me.
