“He definitely runs with more juice. He’s a very explosive runner.”
“There are multiple types of running quarterbacks.”
“We want to take advantage of [Harry Belin’s inexperience]. Really go out there and shake him early; he’s not really used to that. He’s lacking that experience, and it’s definitely an advantage we want to take advantage of.”
“The first play you go out there and see his eyes and 10 plays later you see a change in him. You kind of want to go out there and keep putting pressure on him.”
“I think our pass rush has grown a lot as a d-line. We added Red Hibbler; he’s a very good pass-rusher. All the time we spent working on that in the indoor during the offseason, that’s starting to pay off. That’s the place where we’ve had the most growth.”
“I think just because I get a chance to go out there and play aginst somebody really good and eventually dominate him, too.”
“Duke? I didn’t like them, especially coming out of high school I didn’t like them. That goes for any other in-state college just because I didn’t get any offers anywhere but NC State.”
