“The plan is for us to not only continue to build trust in each other but also the offense.”

“It was really close... a block away.”

“I kind of move around so I can be anywhere, but it’s good though being there in the inside room, having the skillset to be versatile and play inside and outside.”

“That’s my guy.  Our goal is to be the best returners in the ACC... make the return game a thing for NC State in the ACC.”

“Coach Goebbel puts a big emphasis on special teams, and I think it’s huge.  Special teams has created big plays for us.”

“Everybody has been doing pretty good.  It’s why you work with multiple quarterbacks.”

“No, the offense doesn’t really change [with the quarterback change].”

“Change is... football is competitive. Change is something you see... I wouldn’t really see it as someone being bad... it’s competitive.”

‘”The next guy up mentality. That’s really how it is.”

“I hope he would. I have high expectations for MJ like everyone else does. I hope he has a great game against Marshall, of course.”

“They have talented players, a good d-line... good athletes all over the field.  We’re expecting a good defense, but our goal is to take care of what we can do and continue to get better in practice and go out on Saturday and execute.”

“We’re anxious to get back on the field and show not only people what we can do but ourselves.”

“I wouldn’t say it’s extra pressure. It’s a week-by-week thing. We’ll take it week-by-week and see how things go.”

“We just need to execute. We need to do what we need to do... that starts in practice.”
