NC State DB Shyheim Battle: "We Know It's Us Against Ourselves"

NC State cornerback Shyheim Battle discusses facing Sam Hartman, Notre Dame's offense, and much more with the media.

“There’s always room for improvement. I feel like week one was a good start to the season but I’m looking forward to week two.”

“He knows us, I know him.  He gave me one interception. We’re going to get another one.  I’m excited.”

“He’s a guy who likes to take chances. He’ll give his receivers a chance to make a big play. I need to stay ready at all times.”

“It’s definitely a big opportunity. It’s a way for us to make history. Notre Dame is a big opponent, but I feel it’s the next week, the next opponent.”
