“There’s always room for improvement. I feel like week one was a good start to the season but I’m looking forward to week two.”
“He knows us, I know him. He gave me one interception. We’re going to get another one. I’m excited.”
“He’s a guy who likes to take chances. He’ll give his receivers a chance to make a big play. I need to stay ready at all times.”
“It’s definitely a big opportunity. It’s a way for us to make history. Notre Dame is a big opponent, but I feel it’s the next week, the next opponent.”
“At the end of the day we know it’s us against ourselves.”
“I feel like on the outside we match up well with the receivers they have. They are big-bodied guys... we have to be physical with those guys.”
“They have some big, physical running backs who can get the ball down the field.”
“It’s a great opportunity for those guys as well.”
“We just have to be ready.”
“I watched a little bit of the Clemson game, the Florida State game, Carolina as well. It was a good week for the ACC.”
“I’m definitely happy that he’s alright. I know how it feels to go down on that field, not to that extent, but me against ECU I went down with a stinger, it was a scary sight for me.”
“Just seeing it again, I don’t really want to see anyone get hurt playing the game they love.”
“That says that the DBs are doing their job.”
“I’m watching my film; I can’t wait.”
“I didn’t think we’d see him in again, not in a new uniform.”
“We feel like having experience against him helps us... we have to stay disciplined as far as the run game downhill.”
“Last time they were here we won; we’re trying to repeat that history.”
“I’m excited.”
