“I’m super excited. Obviously bringing in the home opener against a pretty good team. It’s an opportunity for us to show what we can do. I’m excited.”
“I think it’s going to be packed. I think it will be one of the best games we’ve had since the last time we played Clemson.”
“A lot of things I got to see was a lot of teams doing certain things... I saw a lot of great balls the receivers caught and kick returns taken home. All of those I can apply to my game.”
“It was week one. Week two will be a lot different. I think it will change and we’ll be a lot better.”
“Jitters, first game. It was an away game. There’s a lot of different factors, but week one is definitely a challenge for sure.”
“I think we’ll always be competitive. Like any other team in the ACC we have to [take] care of what we need to do.”
“It’s on us... how well we play. If we play well we can take care of any team in our way.”
“From Brennan to everyone else who played... they played well. We have more weapons. We have a lot of things we can also show... in the passing game, running game, more things we can show.”
“Our main goal is to execute our plays.”
“My main thing is everybody being all in and taking in the playbook.”
“His experience with the offense helps every practice, every game... it’s been a big help for me; not only me but the receivers.”
“I think every return is going to mean a lot.”
“I take it as another big game, but I also have that little kid in me who is excited to play in a big game in Carter-Finley.”
