EL PASO, TX -- Several NC State players met with the media after the 52-31 Sun Bowl win over Arizona State.

NC State running back Nyheim Hines
On the team’s offensive line play…

"The offensive line has been great all year. They’ve kept me up and kept Ryan off of his back. It’s the second year we’ve had a 1,000-yard rusher so it goes to show you how great our offensive line is. I’ll definitely have treats for them.”

NC State quarterback Ryan Finley
On his decision for the future…

"I’m just going to enjoy this win. What a way to go out for these seniors. I’m just really going to enjoy it. As far as my decision, I’m just going to sit down with my parents and we’ll see what happens. I’m excited for both options.”

On the team’s offensive line play…
"We actually dominated tonight. I think that’s apparent by the six rushing touchdowns. It all starts out there on the trenches and we had a great game plan. Hats off to our coaching staff for getting us ready for this game. When we can run the ball like that it opens up so many things in the play calling and offensive production. What a job those five guys did today.”

NC State wide receiver on Jaylen Samuels
On breaking NC State’s career receptions record…

"It’s amazing. That’s a wonderful record to beat. Two great guys that were in front of me. Coming into the game, I was really trying to get that record. My coaches and teammates they really wanted me to get that record. It was very exciting and it was a great opportunity. When I got here four years ago, I never thought I would be on top of the record books, in front of Tory Holt and Jeremy Cotchery.”

NC State defensive end Kentavius Street
On the team’s defensive play…

"I think we just played as a whole. Even with (Bradley) Chubb’s absence, I feel like we just came together and played as hard as we could. We knew we couldn’t leave this bowl game unfinished and just wanted to play as hard as we can. We played really good today.”

NC State linebacker Airius Moore
On the team’s defensive play…

"We played well. The defensive line was able to get pressure on the quarterback and I think that was huge. I think we played pretty good as a defense today.”
