Chambers WR Kevin Concepcion was a pretty big deal to Wolfpack fans last year at this time. NC State was in a heated battle with UNC for his commitment and eventually won out over the Tar Heels. As it turns out, he has a brother that may end up being even more heavily recruited.
I had a chance to watch Arrion Concepcion a couple of weeks ago and like his brother, is a true slot receiver.
