IPS INTEL: Keenan Jackson Closing In On A Decision

I currently have WR Keenan Jackson‍  at No. 18 on the Watchlist. Jackson camped at State last year and was offered shortly after his performance. He’s made multiple trips to Raleigh with his last visit coming for the water-soaked spring game back in April. I asked Jackson how the trip went.

“It was great. I wish it was a dry game so I could’ve got to see the receivers and the quarterbacks make more plays.
