The 6-foot-10, 220-pounder appeared in 25 games while making six starts. He averaged just 11.8 minutes per game, scoring 3.2 points and grabbing 3.2 rebounds. He also totaled 15 blocks and 13 assists.
Diarra was the first recruit signed by Missouri head coach Dennis Gates after averaging a double-double for Garden City Community College and was the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Player of the Year.
He is NC State’s fifth transfer commitment of the cycle, joining guards DJ Horne, Jayden Taylor, and MJ Rice and forward Ben Middlebrooks.
IPS will have more shortly from Diarra on his decision, so stay tuned!
