IPS Take On Joe Boletepeli: Joe Boletepeli is a player with a huge, huge upside and enrolling early is a great situation for him.
With a frame to add plenty of bulk, Boletepeli could end up at defensive end or defensive tackle, but he'll start out at defensive end where his athleticism and length gives offensive tackles problems.
He's a high-motor player, Boletepeli plays to the whistle. Right now he's still a work-in-progress and must continue to improve his technique, but he has a ceiling in this class few signees have.
