WATCH: Jarkel Joiner & Terquavion Smith Carry NC State To A Win

NC State got a big road win over Virginia Tech in Blacksburg thanks to big games from both Terquavion Smith and Jarkel Joiner.  Smith was the Wolfpack's leading scorer with 22 points to go with five rebounds, three assists and three steals.  Jarkel Joiner had 21 points, eight rebounds, and a steal.
