IPS INTEL: Transfer Portal and Recruiting Update

Here’s a brief rundown of where things stand currently with recruiting and the transfer portal.

As we had been mentioning on the Varsity Forum for a while, there has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes with Virginia transfer QB Brennan Armstrong and NC State.

Before I get into the specifics of that I thought it’s worth mentioning that, at least in my opinion, landing Armstrong is a best case scenario.
