Anyway to get the ability to negative star a post, similar to liking a post with a star?

There are many times one disagrees with (or doesn't like) a post and chooses to not to respond or flag but still wants to show displeasure. A red star, maybe?

A light red/pink background after three red stars,and possibly a light gray background for posts achieving both 3 blue and 3 red stars.
