That's some tough action for Wake. That staff has been gutted over the past 2 years with Muscara (and Wessinger) going to duke and Cilento (sp) going to work for Schnall at UScar.

The dudes they hired to replace them came from the Astros organization and don't have any real head coaching experience I don't believe.

From what I can find on the NCAA site, it seems there is a post-season window for baseball players to enter the transfer portal from June 1 to June 30 as well as a window from December 1 to December 15 for all spring sports.

If there is a coaching change, a 15 day window opens up for the affected players.

You would have to have room on the roster to bring anyone in. Is State at its limit?
