The Pack will open ACC play this weekend when it welcomes No. 3 Notre Dame to Doak Field at Dail Park for a three-game series. The teams will play at 6 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.

Friday's game will be broadcast on the ACC Network while the other two will be on ACCNX. All three games will have an audio stream on WKNC 88.1 and the Varsity Network App.

Big series. They return 8/9 starters and 2/3 of rotation from a Supers team. Surprised they aren't ranked higher honestly (edit: didn't know they were No 3. they are No 9 in D1.com and deserve higher).

Couldn't ask for a better start.

Nice first inning. I like having JT lead off at this point. Good hitting from Tommy on that inside pitch. Don't really like guys getting thrown out on the base paths, but appreciate being aggressive. Nice to strike first and get two on a guy that had only given up one all year.

Sam is getting ahead on most of the hitters. Great job bouncing back so far!

Highfill leaves in top 7. Pitches 6 1/3 with 1 run given up but has 2 on base that he is responsible for. 113 pitches. Great outing.
