We have a LOT to thank that woman for where we are today. She took over what was probably the worst athletics department in the conference, a culture of malaise and complacency, and totally transformed it

James and I were talking the other day about the hires she made and what that group has produced.

Someone mentioned on X that not long again we had an AD that believed we couldn't compete with Duke and UNC and we allowed him to be our AD for 10 years. Then we got Yow and she raised the expectations across all sports. Yes, we do belong and yes we can complete with the best. Best thing is, we aren't done yet!
