LOCKER ROOM REPORT: Wolfpack Players
Junior guard Braxton Beverly and redshirt junior guard Devon Daniels met with the media following the Wolfpack's 91-82 win over Wake Forest.

Braxton Beverly
“We were just playing our game. We had a lot of enthusiam, a lot of energy. We had guys playing for each other. We had each other's backs out there. We just got back to our roots and tried to play consistently -- the way we play every day.”
“That just comes from our energy. Just being active and being ready, then get after it.”
“I can't say any different really than any other game. Things just happened to fal today. I got open shots. Guys found me open.”
“When we was here last year that was our biggest problem, that we came out here flat, and they kind of jumped out on us, so that was one big emphasis for us -- especially the returners. A big thing we talked about is we have got to come out and throw the first punch. We did.”
“It is always huge to get a win in the ACC, especially on the road. To drop a close one to Georgia Tech in the first game, we had to come back and get this one.”
Devon Daniels
“It was really, like, the whole game except for the last five minutes. I think we were really locked in. We are playing really good on defense right now, sharing the ball and moving it on offense. I think it all started in the second half of the Memphis game. We are just going to keep on trying to grow from that.”
“All of us just came out shooting free. We weren't really worrying about missing. We were just taking the right shot, the open shot. It started us off well. We got into a flow really early and we kept it pretty much the whole game.”
“The way we practice and if we can pressure the, we are not going to get tired. We just try to pressure them as much as possible and make it harder for them to get into the offensive sets.”
“Really important. We feel like we dropped one at home. We needed this one. We came out here and handled business.”
“We were clicking. We were playing fast, playing confident, taking the right shots, executing the extra pass and stuff like that.”
