Wolfpack Commit Porter Rooks: "It’s Like Home Away From Home"

Landing WR Porter Rooks‍ was big for NC State on two fronts. First of all they gained a commitment from one of the nation’s top wide receivers -- a consensus four-star prospect and top 10 receiver nationally. They also landed arguably the best prospect in the hottest recruiting area of the state for the class of 2020 -- Charlotte.

Looking back, it’s amazing just how quickly NC State went from a virtual unknown to Rooks to his future home for four or five years.
