Senior Quarterback Ryan Finley

"That was great. Kept it coming, that was great.”

"I threw a pick. Yep."

We got to put it behind us. Defense gave us a shot down the stretch there. Down three. We had a drive to win. Just didn’t make it happen."

"Yeah, I mean, give them credit. Obviously they put up a good, they put up some good points. They got an explosive offense and played well. So give them credit."

"Just executing our stuff."

"No, I don’t think so. We were behind seven at one point and had an opportunity. The last drive we were down three and had an opportunity."

"Just got to get out to a fast start.”

Senior Linebacker Germaine Pratt

"We got to get back to playing NC State defense football. Everybody’s just got to do their job. Compete.”

“Up tempo. They did a great job getting some things done today.”

“I didn’t.”

“Just playing the game I love. Everyday just competing against whoever across me. That’s my mindset.”

“I think my coaches schemed up a good blitz for me.”

“I think the whole defense. It doesn’t matter. They put up how many points? The whole defense got to look at themselves and get better. Can’t blame one position unit. The whole defense got to improve. We got to look at ourselves in the mirror and compete when we have the opportunity to. You know what I mean? It’s a game that we love, all love, but we just got to keep going and get better as a unit. Just come back stronger and ready to compete against Florida State next week.”

“Look at the film and see what we got to correct.”

Senior Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon

“You know, I just kept trusting the process. Just believing in God. It was a short setback for me. I’m back. Just trust in my coaches, anybody, rally around me, motivate me, good inspiration all-around.”

“Most importantly, I’m mad that we lost. ACC game. We just have to bounce back. Go back to the lab, focus all the time in practice.”

“Just taking in the coaching all week from coach McDonald, just using my technique. And Finley, as accurate as he is, putting the ball where it’s supposed to be. O-Line blocking. Just everyone doing their job.”

“It’s just film study. Knowing like their weakness and just trying to attack their weakness all game.”

“They weren’t as physical and they tried to stay on top, so I got chances of stopping them and get by them.”

“Yeah, for sure.”

“We definitely wanted a win. But, 24-hour rule. We’ll see this game on Sunday, try to fix it and get back to work and handle FSU when it comes.”

“I feel like a loss is a loss no matter who it is.”

“I can’t really say much, I don’t really… I guess we came out a little flat and their offense, it’s a pretty good offense, so they came out better than us.”

“Just remaining focused, just one play at a time and if the ball comes my way then come down with it.”

“No I didn’t feel like it was getting out of… we always got that fourth quarter mentality. My team’s a great team, so I know as long as the clock is running we have a shot to win.”

“I didn’t really… I was on the other side so I didn’t really get to see what happened. But, you know, it’s unfortunate, you just got to learn from it and get better.”
