Scott Building Relationships With NC State

Shelby (NC) star Dax Hollifield‍ signed with Virginia Tech last week, and he was considered one of the best linebackers in the country.   Most schools will really feel a loss like that, but Shelby High School has another star at the position who is poised to have a huge senior year.

Four-star 2019 linebacker Jaylon Scott‍ checks in at 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds. As a junior he totaled 85 tackles, five sacks, and three forced fumbles.
