NC State softball has signed six student-athletes on National Signing Day, head coach Jennifer Patrick-Swift announced Friday.

Joining the Wolfpack for the 2024 season are: Raylee Leiman, Tori Ensley, Carly Maxton, Tia Beckman, Katie Raper, and Kayla Fekel.

Patrick-Swift said, "I could not be happier about this year's signing class. The quality of talent matched with the character of these young ladies will enable each of them the opportunity to step up and play day one. The 2023 signing class was on campus last week for their official visits and they exude excitement for the summer to get here, to get things started. Wolfpack Nation will like watching this group of incoming student-athletes."

Raylee Leiman | 3B | Cooper City, FL
Leiman will make her way from Florida to join the Pack. She is a two-time All-County First Team honoree, in addition to receiving the Claire Suggs Slugger Award and Gold Glove Award. She has a foundation called RBI's 4 Cancer, which helps raise money for families with children diagnosed with childhood cancer.

Tori Ensley IF/OF | Franklin, NC
Ensley will join older sister Taylor, a sophomore for the Pack, in Raleigh. The younger Ensley was the 2022 District Player of the Year and Conference Player of the Year. She hit 17 homeruns in the 2022 season to break the single season record at her high school. Her homerun total also ranked second highest in regular season history and third highest total in state history. She was an All-Conference, All-District, and All-State honoree in 2021.

Carly Maxton | P | Townsend, DE
Maxton makes the trip south to Raleigh from Delaware. She was ranked in the top 100 by Extra Innings Softball in 2020 and 2022 -- in 2021, she ranked in the top 50 (44). She was a captain for her high school's varsity team in 2022 and was a four-year starter. In club ball, she was a 2022 Kansas City Top Gun 18U National Tournament champion. She is also a member of National Honor Society and Honor Roll.

Tia Beckman | OF | Greenville, SC
Beckman will make the trip north to Raleigh from her hometown in South Carolina. She is a five-time All-Region athlete, in addition to five-time offensive player of the year. Beckman is a member of National Honor Society and a member of Beta Club. She is the first cousin of Tim Beckham, who was the number one pick in the 2008 MLB draft.

Katie Raper | IF/OF | Hixson, Tenn.

Raper is a two time Tennessee state champion (2021, 2022). Her teams 2022 state championship marked the seventh straight and marked the state record for most consecutive state championships won. She led her team in 2022 in homeruns (10) and RBI's (39). She was a representative in the Student Athlete Advisory Council at her high school in 2022.

Kayla Fekel | P | Ashburn, VA
Fekel makes the trip south to join the Pack from her hometown of Ashburn, Va. In 2021, she was selected to the Panamanian National Softball Team. In high school action, she was an All-LOCO First Team Pitcher and All-Region First Team pitcher in 2021. In 2022, she was the district, region, class 5 state player, All-LOCO, and pitcher of the year. She was also tabbed and All-Metro First Team Pitcher. Fekel is also a member of National honor Society and a member of A-Honor Roll.
