Beginning in 2021, NC State men's soccer games will be free of charge. Gates will open one hour prior to the start of each home match. As NC State works toward a more normal on-campus experience, NC State Athletics will continue abiding by the current policies for campus as outlined in the University Community Standards.
Following a pair of road exhibition matches at Virginia Tech (Aug. 17) and Duke (Aug. 20), the Wolfpack will officially open the 2021 campaign with six straight home matches. NC State will welcome USC Upstate (Aug. 26) and UNC Asheville (Aug. 30) to Raleigh before hosting the George Tarantini Classic over Labor Day Weekend.
The four-team event will run matches on Sept. 3 and Sept. 6, with the Pack facing Seton Hall in the second game on Friday and UCF in the second game on Monday.
NC State then opens ACC play against Clemson on Sept. 10 before rounding out its home stint against non-conference foe James Madison on Sept. 14.
A Sept. 17 matchup at Notre Dame marks the team's first road game of the year before it returns home to host Wake Forest on Sept. 24. The Pack then prepares for three road matches in a row at Longwood (Sept. 28), North Carolina (Oct. 3) and Syracuse (Oct. 8).
The Wolfpack will play four of its final five regular-season matches at home. Down the stretch, the squad is set to host High Point (Oct. 12), Virginia (Oct. 15), William & Mary (Oct. 19) and Boston College (Oct. 29) with a trip to Louisville (Oct. 22) in the midst of that span.
The ACC Tournament quarterfinals and semifinals will be played at select campus sites on Nov. 7 and Nov. 10, and the championship game will be contested at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C., on Nov. 14.
Television selections for the Pack's matches will be announced at a later date.
