Tatyana Forbes, Brigette Nordberg and Angie Rizzi have all announced their intention to return to NC State for the 2021 softball season

Devin Wallace and Skylar Johnston, the other two 2020 seniors, have both secured post-graduate opportunities following the completion of their degrees in May 2020. Wallace has accepted a position with TEKsystems in Charlotte, N.C., as a Technical Staffing Recruiter, while Johnston is set to join The Select Group in Raleigh, N.C., as an Associate Account Manager

ACC Spring sports

Softball
Regular-season play begins the weekend of Feb. 12-14.
ACC pod play will replace the ACC-Big Ten Challenge. Each ACC team will play two three-game series against conference opponents that count in the conference record.
Conference play begins the weekend of March 5-7.
Each team will also play eight four-game series against conference opponents.
Non-conference games are at the discretion of the respective institution.
The 2021 ACC Championship will be hosted by Louisville, May 12-15 at Ulmer Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky.

.@PackSoftball was off to a great start in 2020 before the season was cut short. In 2021 the Wolfpack has some big matchups, both ACC and nonconference, that will put this team to the test.

Returning was an easy choice for the @PackSoftball veteran after 2020 was cut short.

Nordberg: "I got a call from the coaches in the summer asking, 'Are you going to come back?' and I told them they couldn't get rid of me that easily."
