What is the latest news and thoughts on landing one or both of these HQ2s? I've heard Apple would bring ~10k jobs to Cary and Amazon would bring ~50k jobs to DTR and RTP.

Sounds like Apple is approaching the finish line with Raleigh as the intended spot.

Amazon has always seemed more far fetched due to the number of jobs/lack of public transpo but I've been hearing increasingly positive rumors for us recently (mainly being ranked so high in the "analyses" done by third parties)

I thought ATL was basically a lock for the Amazon HQ's?

Didn't think ATL's traffic could be a bigger cluster****, that would certainly do it.

If either and/or both of these come to Raleigh it would be great for the entire region. And phenomenal for the housing/building market for years to come.
