So me and Ms. Metcalf are considering a move to Wilmington.

Any advice on places to live,things to do, etc? Should we move there at all?

My brother lives there.. it is a beach/college/retiree town.. there is plenty to do and a great climate. Jobs is the bigger issue but if you have that ironed out then it is a great place to live and raise a family. You could do worse.

Hey guys. Thanks for the responses! So we are looking at renting instead of buying.

What are some of the best neighborhoods in town? We are interested in downtown, but the area around it looks kind of sketchy just from looking around on the web.
