Looking for recommendations for a chiropractor. Hurt my knee a few years ago. After a few years compensating for it, my carriage has gotten out of sorts and starting to feel stretching in my upper thigh on a 30 minute walk with a normal gait. Additionally, starting to get some hip pain at night.

Try Alan Harper. Have heard some really good things about him.
